We welcome individuals seeking and ready to follow their wellness journeys through personalized integrative specialty care for conditions such as, but not limited to, the following:
Post-COVID-19 Recovery (also known as long-hauler or long-COVID recovery syndrome): After the active infection has cleared, we treat conditions including pain, fatigue, and brain fog symptoms related to post-COVID-19 recovery. Confirmed negative test results are required to schedule appointments for post-COVID-19 recovery treatments.
Neurologic conditions: Neuropathic pain, post-stroke recovery, amputee health, fatigue, mild traumatic brain injury, concussion, post-concussion syndrome, brain fog, multiple sclerosis, spasticity, and other conditions.
Musculoskeletal conditions: Neck, back, joint, muscle, and soft tissue pain and injury, hypermobility spectrum, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and other chronic conditions.
Pain: Our non-narcotic approach to pain management utilizes integrative and rehabilitation interventions without narcotics to reduce the risk of narcotic addiction. Pain conditions treated include migraines, joint, neck, back, pelvic, hip, arm, leg, muscle, tendon, ligament, and bursa pain.
Integrative Cancer Rehabilitation: We combine Cancer Rehabilitation with Integrative Medicine & Health to provide a whole-person approach. Cancer rehabilitation focuses on improving physical fitness, mobility, emotional well-being, and the ability to return to daily activities and professional pursuits. It also addresses symptoms such as pain, fatigue, nausea, and brain fog. Integrative Cancer Rehabilitation adds functional medicine evaluation, nutritional assessments, acupuncture, microcurrent stimulation, mindfulness, cupping, and movement therapy. We work in partnership with cancer centers and rehabilitation programs to improve our patients’ well-being and health.
Amputee Health: We combine Amputation or Limb Loss Rehabilitation with Integrative Medicine & Health to provide a whole-person approach through integrative rehabilitation. We focus on general wellness, physical fitness, mobility, emotional well-being, and returning to daily activities and professional pursuits. Our non-narcotic pain management approach includes interventional methods and ultrasound-guided injections. We collaborate with patients’ medical-surgical teams, prosthetists, primary care physicians, rehabilitation therapists, behavioral health professionals, nutritionists, dietitians, and other clinicians to improve their health and well-being.
Hypermobility Spectrum and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS): These conditions often involve pain, sprains, migraines, TMJ, fatigue, gastrointestinal issues, dysautonomia, and degenerative joints. Due to the complexities of hypermobility spectrum and EDS, we use physical rehabilitation principles combined with Integrative Medicine & Health for a whole-person approach. In addition to reducing symptoms of pain and migraines, we address fatigue, dysautonomia, and gastrointestinal issues through nutritional assessments, acupuncture, microcurrent stimulation, mindfulness, cupping, and movement therapy. Our non-narcotic pain management methods include ultrasound-guided diagnostic and interventional injections based on the patient's needs. We collaborate with medical-surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient well-being.
Age Management: We focus on lifestyle modifications, fitness, and nutrition, supplemented by genomic testing for personalized precision medicine. Acupuncture, microcurrent therapy, and ortho-biologics are applied for non-surgical facial rejuvenation.
Ultrasound-Guided Diagnostic Evaluations: We use dynamic, two-dimensional ultrasound imaging to assess joint and soft tissue problems, complementing one-dimensional x-rays or three-dimensional MRI or CT scans. Ultrasound-guided injections are also available as part of comprehensive treatment plans based on patients’ goals.
